The Victoria Foundation

Our History

The Victoria Foundation is a natural outgrowth of CPLC’s work in Arizona which began in 1969.

The Foundations Development is geared to the involvement of Latinos and the involvement of the overall community as it matures into a more prominent roll in the fabric of Phoenix and Arizona.

Latinos new economic resources are what will drive activities in our communities into the future. With the reduction of on going scarce resources Latino philanthropy will play a much larger role in the outcomes and successes of our communities.

Seed capital will be sought to build the corpus of the foundation. Donor-Advised Funders will begin the foundations grant making. It will not replace other donors or organizations that are vital to the Latino community as a way to expand the economic pool.
